Job Description:
Understand the business thoroughly.
Provide all support to clients and customers.
Sort all calls/mails and forward all mails to corresponding depts.
Provide technical/business assistance to clients/customers over call.
Regulate customer feedbacks on all portals asses them periodically.
Qualification:
Freshers or 1 to 2 years experienced. Any Qualification.
Salary: 10K - 12K. Salary Subject to revision every 6 months.
Requisite: Multi-lingual, Good communication skills.
